Extra people (per night): children under 12: $12.00, adults: $22.00 Please inquire about extended stay rates during our off-peak times. Please Note: High season rates in effect for all holiday weekends. Minimum 3 night stay: July & August and holiday weekends. Deposit: 50% required at time of booking. Deposit less 25% returned if cancelled within 21 days of stay (7 days in off-season). Any changes to an existing reservation may incur a charge. Bed & bath linens and kitchen dish-towels are supplied. One night stay is subject to additional $10 cleaning charge. Taxes extra.
